How long does it take to receive my order?
All NZETE pieces are made to order. Production takes 5–10 business days, followed by shipping. Total delivery time varies by destination.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production begins, changes cannot be accommodated.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. NZETE ships globally. Shipping times and rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout.

Will I be charged duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How do I report a defective item?
